New and improved ears!

Before the surgery

On Friday, March 11th, Liam had surgery to get tubes in his ears. While it was very unnerving to have to give Liam anesthesia, Geoff and I knew this was the right thing to do after seemingly countless ear infections. The surgery itself took no more than ten minutes, and afterward, the doctor told us, "That was WELL needed." Liam was a little cranky when waking up in the recovery room, but he soon calmed down, and we were cleared to leave 20 minutes later. Aside from one vomiting incident in the car on the way home, Liam did very well with the whole event. Already, we can tell we have a much happier little guy!
