Espana, Barcelona part 2

After La Boqueria, we walked down the Rambla some more and then meandered into the Gothic area of Barcelona.  There was fabulous architecture.

Then we decided it was time to eat, so we headed into the Placa Reial (the Royal Plaza),
and had another yummy tapas lunch, complete with sangria.

Liam and Lane enjoyed the square, its palm trees, and its fountain.

 Sammy did too.

After lunch, more walking ensued.

But as the afternoon wore on, we got a bit tired.
It was HOT, I tell you.

And Liam took advantage of Sam being in the baby backpack.

Before we got back on the train to Calafell, we found these cool stairs.
Barcelona is a pretty cool city.
