While in Amman, we were excited to have American restaurants among our eating options. I know, I know. You're thinking, "How do you travel to Jordan and want to eat American food?" Well, stay away from America for 6 months and see how you feel then! No seriously, middle eastern food is delicious, and we eat it frequently. But sometimes, you just want a juicy steak, or a decent cheeseburger, or some wings DANGIT!
So after our trip to Jerash, we headed to the Champions Sports Bar in our hotel. We were just about the only folks there, so Geoff and Liam got to play some foosball, and we ate sliders and wings while watching a pre-aired NFL game. It was almost like being back home, and we LOVED it. Our next trip to Amman just might be solely for a chance to dine a PF Chang's and have a cup of Starbucks.
